Effect: Character has trained to fight with a weapon in both hands, allowing character to attack and dodge or make two attacks in the same turn. Character suffers the -2 offhand penalty when attacking with a weapon in secondary hand unless character also has Ambidextrous Merit.
Whirling Blades (• ): Character’s Dodge trait is not penalized by multiple attacks staged against one’s character until the number of attacks exceeds one’s Weaponry Skill, at which point each attack thereafter reduces Dodge by -1.
Deflect and Thrust (• • ): Character can avoid attacks and strike back in the same motion. When using this maneuver, character gains +2 to Defense for the turn, but any attack suffers a -2 penalty. Movement is limited to character’s speed while performing this maneuver.
Focused Attack (• • • ): Character can attack a single target twice in one turn. The second attack suffers a -1 penalty. Drawback: Character cannot use his Defense against any attack in the same turn in which this maneuver is used.
Fluid Attack (• • • • ): Character can make a single attack on two different targets in one turn. Targets must be within character’s Speed trait. The second attack suffers a -1 penalty. Drawback:Character cannot use his Defense against any attack in the same turn in which this maneuver is used.
